Monitor was founded in 2004 by a group of marketing veterans that saw the need and opportunity to improve the way agencies and brands sourced promo items and branded apparel for events, in-store promotions, trade shows, corporate gifts, retail and more.

Drawing from their experience in using consumer insights to develop effective advertising and marketing campaigns, Monitor’s founders developed the company to implement similar tactics to help their clients make informed decisions about promotional items.

Using a simple three step system of choosing promotional items, verifying those choices with target consumers, and then ordering based on those consumer insights, today Monitor is one of the leading companies in the promo industry and serves over 100 brands in dozens of industries.
